Approval of Contract to Purchase Real Property -Duke University (8:54 - 9:45) <br />The Board will consider approval of a contract to purchase 8 acres of land located at the intersection of <br />Erwin and Pickett Roads from Duke University for the future New Hope Creek Preserve, and authorize the <br />Chair to sign subject to final review by staff and the County Attorney with the closing expected to occur on <br />or before July 31, 2445. <br />b.
