We will take measurements as needed and <br /> document the conditions with pictures. If it is determined that any maintenance is required <br /> prior to an Engineer's Certification of approval, we will provide a list of the items needed <br /> to be completed. <br /> Task 3 —Annual Inspection Report and Certification: <br /> Upon completion of Task 2 we will provide an annual inspection report and Engineer's <br /> Certification to be submitted to the Town of Hillsborough Stormwater and Environmental <br /> Services Division. The report will include a full summary of the BMP conditions, pictures <br /> and any recommendations. <br /> Task 4 -- Hourly Services: <br /> We do not anticipate that any meetings will be required to complete the scope outlined in Tasks <br /> 1 and 2. If any meetings or additional tasks are required or requested by the client, they will <br /> be done on an hourly basis according to the attached Schedule of Standard Rates, or per an <br /> approved Change Order. Task 2 includes one (1) site inspection of the Stormwater Management <br /> Facility. If maintenance is required prior to issuing a final certification approval, any subsequent <br /> site inspections will be done on an hourly basis. <br /> ASSUMPTIONS & EXCLUSIONS: <br /> • Additional services outside this scope of services will be provided if requested by the <br /> Client for a negotiated lump sum fee or at our standard hourly billing rates. <br /> CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: <br /> It shall be the responsibility of the Client to provide the following items: <br /> 1. Access to the site. <br /> 2. Decisions on critical issues as necessary in a timely manner. <br /> 3. Payment of all invoices per conditions of the agreement. <br /> 4. Client/Owner to be responsible for the payment of all regulatory agency fees if/when <br /> required. <br />
