SUMMIT proposes a lump <br /> sum fee invoiced monthly as a percent complete as follows, with payment due upon receipt. <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES FEE <br /> TASK 1 - Asbuilt Survey $750 <br /> TASK 1-2 - Annual Maintenance Inspection 5007-5 <br /> TASK 3 - Annual Report and Certification $400 <br /> TASK 2-3 - Hourly Services Hourl <br /> TOTAL ANNUAL FEES (Excluding any Hourly Work 1 650 <br /> Reimbursable expenses shall be paid in accordance with the Rate Schedule and General <br /> Conditions, as attached hereto. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> This document may serve as an Owner-Consulting Engineers Agreement. Included in the <br /> agreement are the standard Hourly Rate Schedule and Conditions of the Agreement. If this <br /> proposal is acceptable, please execute and return a copy of the Agreement to this office. <br /> Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding our proposal.
