The Durant Road facility is adjacent to a new school and residential <br /> neighborhood so the sloped roof options keeping with the residential feel was <br /> y , preferred by the owner. The Site wilt provide minimal parking for staff and a few <br /> visitors which allows the prototype design to fit into most any small site.
