While at UNC, I managed <br /> the budget for the dental school s foundation office.As a self-employed attorney, I manage the <br /> staff and daily function of a small law office in Chapel Hill. <br /> In addition to the experience listed in the question above, please list the work/volunteer <br /> experience/qualifications that would add to your expertise for this board. <br /> In addition to serving on the Chapel Hill Public Library Board, I frequently volunteer in various <br /> capacities at the UNC School of Law. My wife and I assist with a practical family law course <br /> every spring semester, and I supervise student attorneys in pro bono clinics several times per <br /> year. I have volunteered with local Habitat builds as well as workdays at the SECU House and <br /> Ronald McDonald House. <br /> What do you see as the responsibilities of this board, and what do you hope to <br /> accomplish if appointed? <br /> I would employ my knowledge and skillset to assist in setting policy and adopting rules that <br /> conform with North Carolina ABC Laws and Commission Rules. I would also be excited to be a <br /> part of the community grant program.
