Staff also <br /> reviewed the basic elements from various NC Agencies that reviewed the project under the State Clearing <br /> house system. <br /> The Applicant reviewed their vision for the perimeter setbacks, landscaping buffers and tree preservation. <br /> Lighting <br /> ■ Will there be lighting with the project? <br /> Staff reviewed the basic elements of UDO Section 6.11: Outdoor Lighting. <br /> The Applicant indicated that no street lights are proposed with this development. <br /> Neighborhood Involvement <br /> ■ How will we keep up to date about the project? <br /> ■ Will we get notices? <br /> ■ Can we speak with Planning Board and BOCC? <br /> Staff reviewed the notification requirements for mailing, signs and legal ads for the project.
