8 <br /> In summary, I am trying to make this a long-term self sustaining locally <br /> owned business that insures profits remain in Orange County. Constructing an <br /> additional climate-controlled storage building, if possible as close behind the <br /> original building as is feasible, would keep the rural character of this area by <br /> preserving the large trees along the driveway and the northwest field along Old <br /> Greensboro Road as a rural buffer. The storage business is a low impact non- <br /> polluting business which can also be attractive if the buildings are set back from the <br /> road as I have suggested. I have been working closely with Alois Callemyn and <br /> look forward to his arranged meeting with the Orange County Planning Director to <br /> discuss my request for a zoning modification. I will be happy to provide <br /> photographs if you wish. <br />
