ATTORNEYS shall provide COUNTY with all legal <br />services other than those provided as retainer services at an <br />hourly rate of $125, The fee for hourly services shall be <br />payable to ATTORNEYS and the hours of service accounted for by <br />ATTORNEYS as follows: <br />a. The amount equal to the hours billed at the rate <br />of $125 per hour on September 1, 2005 and on the first day of <br />each month thereafter so long as ATTORNEYS provide legal <br />services to COUNTY or until this agreement is modified by the <br />parties. The hourly rate shall increase by any cost-of-living <br />increase, In-Range Salary increase and any other general salary <br />increase that is calculated as a percentage of salary granted to <br />permanent County employees that is effective on or after July 1, <br />2006. <br />b. ATTORNEYS shall itemize the work done by them <br />and the time devoted by them to hourly services on a monthly <br />statement and invoice. The statement and invoice payable on <br />September 1, 2005 shall include billable hours from July 16, <br />2005 through August 15, 2005. Monthly statements thereafter <br />shall include billable hours from the 16th of the next month <br />through the 15th of the following month and so on. <br />3 <br />
