A secret ballot was <br /> 33 requested. Paper was distributed to the Board and collected by Tina Love who tallied the ballots and announced that <br /> 34 Hunter Spitzer received 2 votes, Adam Beeman received 2 votes and David Blankfard received 3 votes making David <br /> 35 Blankfard the new Vice-Chair <br /> 36 <br /> 37 VOTE: Blankfard—3, Hunter—2, Beeman—2 <br /> 38 David Blankfard elected as Vice-Chair <br /> 39 <br /> 40 AGENDA ITEM 3: INFORMATIONAL ITEMS <br /> 41 a.
