Based on the information provided, the subdivision streets, proposed <br /> access and road improvements to US 70 can be approved and permitted subject to submittal of final plans meeting all NCDOT <br /> design requirements. Engineering review comments are forthcoming and will be shared with DAC and the Applicant. It is not <br /> anticipated that any needed design corrections will result in substantial changes to the configuration of the subdivision streets <br /> or lots.
