(Summit). Erosion & Sedimentation Control / Stormwater staff members <br /> understand this project must proceed through certain discretionary actions in order to <br /> determine functional and economic viability, prior to the developers investing in more <br /> detailed design and subsequent jurisdictional submittals for compliance reviews and <br /> permits. This Division takes no exception to an approval of this Preliminary Plat <br /> application, as long as the following is taken into account. <br /> Erosion Control Plan and Stormwater Management Plan Required: <br /> Both parcels proposed for this development are located in the Lower Eno Protected <br /> Watershed. Therefore, this development must satisfy the provisions contained in <br /> Sections 6.14 and 6.15 of the Orange County Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), if <br /> land disturbance exceeds the following thresholds: <br /> • Erosion & Sedimentation Control — 20,000 SF <br /> • Stormwater — 21 ,780 SF (Cumulative Disturbance) <br /> Stormwater Management Concerns with the Proposed Plan <br /> There are two (2) structural stormwater control measures (SCM's) proposed in the <br /> current site plan. <br /> 1 . Northern Watershed — An SCM is proposed between proposed lot 3 and the <br /> proposed open-space lot between lot 3 and 4. <br /> 2.
