Director), Rachel Plast (Administrative Assistant), Anne-Marie Tesco (County Attorney) <br /> Call to order: 6:32 p.m <br /> Review and adoption of the Agenda: approved, after adding a new agenda item (about the <br /> Family Fun Fest!, an Animal Services event), and removing the informational items (about field- <br /> services and sheltering statistics) from the agenda <br /> Summary of April 17, 2019, meeting: approved <br /> Review of public participation guidelines: Not reviewed <br /> General Public Comments on items not on agenda: None <br /> Membership Updates: <br /> • The ASAB welcomed new members, Casey Ferrell and Lucia Welborne <br /> • New-member orientation is set for the beginning of May <br /> Animal Services Advisory Board Updates: <br /> Old Business <br /> • 2018-2019 ASAB Annual Report and Work Plan: <br /> o Bob Marotto and Maureane Hoffman presented the work plan at the most recent <br /> Board of County Commissioners (BOCC)meeting <br /> • Draft BOCC Memo on Cat Concerns <br /> o Per the ASAB's new protocol on items brought forth from residents and others, <br /> Bob Marotto presented a draft memo to the BOCC informing it of the ASAB's <br /> actions with respect to a resident's concern about free-roaming cats <br /> o ASAB members asked questions about the draft <br /> o On motion, the ASAB voted to forward the memo to the BOCC <br /> 0 Progress Report of the Wild and Dangerous Animal Task Force <br />
