Areas of Concern Yes/No/NA Exit Summary
Are there resident issues or topics that need follow-up or review at a later
time or during the next visit?

Follow-up from last visit: During the next visit, the committee
representatives are encouraged to speak with the administrator about the
status of bed bugs and their procedures for securing prescription drugs.

Follow-up from this visit: Procedures for protecting residents’ privacy while
bathing should be discussed.
Yes Discuss items from “Areas of Concern” Section as
well as any changes observed during the visit

Generally, the cleanliness, appearance and
general mood was greatly improved compared to
prior visits.

We noticed the men’s bathrooms are not
equipped with shower curtains, unlike the
women’s bathrooms. Some residents revealed
discomfort with the bathing process because the
door is often unlocked or opened to those passing
in the hallway. Residents may overlap while one
bathes and another dries off, leaving them feeling
exposed. Jennifer was unaware of the bathing
procedures and we agreed to discuss this with
management.

This Document is PUBLIC RECORD.
