Do the residents appear neat, clean and odor free? <br />yes <br />When we arrived, about 6 residents were <br />congregating in the communal area and were <br />dressed, clean and interacting with he staff and <br />each other. 3 were coloring with staff assistance <br />and 3 were watching tv. Others were in their <br />rooms, most were napping but also appeared neat <br />and dressed <br />2. Did residents say they receive assistance with personal care <br />activities? Ex. brushing their teeth, combing their hair, inserting <br />dentures or cleaning their eyeglasses? Yes <br /> 2. all residents appeared to be neat and clean <br />when we arrived at the residents. A few residents <br />were napping or in their rooms, but they appered <br />to be dressed as well <br />3. Did you see or hear residents being encouraged to participate in <br />their care by staff members? Yes 3. Staff were activity engaged with residents <br />4. Were residents interacting with staff, other residents & visitors? <br />Yes <br />4. Three residents were participating in a craft <br />activity when we arrived, a volunteer joined them <br />about 11:30 and sung with 6 residents <br />5. Did staff respond to or interact with residents who had difficulty <br />communicating or making their needs known verbally?
