FINANCIAL IMPACT: There-will be no additional financial impact as a consequence of <br />authorizing OWASA to begin acquiring easements, as the projected $30,000 in easement <br />costs as well as OWASA's administrative costs were factored into the original $550,000 <br />project budget estimate. Those funds have been included in appropriations in the FY 2000-01 <br />Solid Waste/Landfill Operations Fund. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the BOCC authorize OWASA to <br />negotiate the acquisition of easements and to make payments, reimbursable from <br />the Rogers Road Waterline project account, as necessary to acquire those easements.
