County Attorney's Report <br /> John Roberts said the broadband bills are in the General Assembly, and are getting a lot <br /> of attention. <br /> Chair Rich asked if there is an update on the bill with the redistribution of tax. <br /> John Roberts said this is still in the finance committee. <br /> Commissioner McKee said the Board needs to insure the commitment made to Club <br /> Nova by Cl comes to fruition. <br /> 11. *Appointments <br /> a. Advisory Board on Aging —Appointments <br /> The Board considered making five appointments to the Advisory Board on Aging. <br /> Janice Tyler reviewed the appointments below. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Bedford, seconded by Commissioner Greene for <br /> the Board to appoint the following to the Advisory Board on Aging: <br /> Position 1 Rachel Bearman, At-Large, for a Partial Term ending 06/30/2020. <br /> Position 4 Dr. Richard White, At-Large, for a Partial Term ending 06/30/2021. <br /> Position 5 Dr. Jennifer Womack, Carrboro Town Limits, for a Partial Term ending <br /> 06/30/2021. <br /> Position 6 Vibeke Talley, At-Large, for a First Full Term ending 06/30/2022. <br /> Position 11 Dr. Heather Altman, At-Large, for a Second Full Term ending 06/30/2022. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> Janice Tyler said their board is in the process of vetting applicants for the additional <br /> vacant positions and will be bringing back recommendations soon. <br /> Commissioner Dorosin urged the Board on Aging to look for more diversity. <br /> b.
