Lease Modification for Hillsborough Commons <br /> The Board approved a modification of the lease for Hillsborough Commons (113 Mayo Street, <br /> Hillsborough) and authorized the Chair to sign the appropriate documents upon final review of <br /> the County Attorney. <br /> 9.
