Section 4. All provisions of any Orange County ordinance in conflict with this <br />ordinance are repealed from the effective date of this ordinance and for its duration. <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective on January 18, 2001. <br />Upon motion duly made by , and duly seconded by <br />the foregoing Ordinance was duly adopted by the Orange <br />County Commissioners at a meeting held on the 18th day of January, 2001. <br />Ayes: Commissioners <br />Noes: <br />Absent or Excused: <br />I, Beverly A.
