This document details the housing needs of very low income, <br /> low income and moderate-income families and special population groups in addition to outlining <br /> the strategies and plans for addressing those needs. FY2019-2020 will be the fifth year of the <br /> 5-year Plan. See Attachment 4 for additional background materials. <br /> Each year, local communities are required to re-assess the needs of the community. The public <br /> hearing provides an opportunity for the public, public agencies and other interested parties to <br /> provide input as it relates to the revised annual update of the Consolidated Plan and proposed <br /> Annual Action Plan. In addition, the public is asked to comment on the revised proposed use of <br /> FY 2019-2020 Program Year funds. The Orange County HOME Consortium, known as the <br /> Orange County Local Government Affordable Housing Collaborative, anticipates the following <br /> Federal financial resources: <br /> FY 2019 HOME Funds $350,320.00 <br /> HOME Program Income $ 13,306.00 <br /> HOME Match $ 78,818.00 <br /> Total $442,426.00 <br />
