This includes the connection of all MCA supplied 911 <br /> equipment to an acceptable customer provided grounding system <br /> meeting manufacturer's specifications; <br /> • Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate the installation of all <br /> equipment; <br /> • Provide responses and coordination with Orange County personnel <br /> on any areas that are in question during system installation and <br /> acceptance; <br /> • Project scheduling; <br /> • Generation and distribution of progress reports throughout the <br /> project duration. <br /> The assigned Project Manager will have the power to make significant <br /> decisions relevant to the project, and will have direct access to MCA's top <br /> management for resolving problems beyond the Project Manager's direct <br /> authority. <br /> The Project Manager will be on site during critical points of the <br /> installation of this system, and will perform the following tasks: <br /> • Review all specifications and familiarize himself/herself with the <br /> requirements of the project; <br /> • Schedule the delivery, and keep the Orange County informed at all <br /> times of the delivery schedule of all equipment pertaining to this <br /> project; <br /> • Coordination of any required engineering; <br /> • Perform all site visitations with a Orange County representative; <br /> • Coordinate all site preparation required for the successful <br /> installation of this system; <br /> • Provide to Orange County all installation documentation, wiring <br /> diagrams and as-built documentation; <br /> • Will be on site during the installation of the fixed equipment <br /> installation and provide or arrange for additional information and <br /> assistance as required by the installation personnel and/or Orange <br /> County; <br /> • Coordinate the entire optimization effort of this system until <br /> accepted by Orange County; <br /> • Coordinate training and cutover schedules with Orange County; <br /> • Resolve all punch list items to the satisfaction of Orange County <br /> prior to final acceptance of the system; <br /> 4 <br />
