("MCA") to remove the existing <br /> VESTA 9-1-1 telephone equipment from the Orange County, NC ("Orange <br /> County") Primary Communications Center and re-install this equipment <br /> following the remediation process. This document and other supporting <br /> information is provided to Orange County for the stated improvements, <br /> subject to the terms and conditions described in this document. <br /> Removal and installation services will be supplied for the following <br /> subsystems: <br /> • 9-1-1 VESTA telephone switch; <br /> • 9-1-1 VESTA Computer Workstations; <br /> • 9-1-1 VESTA System Software; <br /> • Spectracom NetClock. <br /> Equipment <br /> The following sections provide general descriptions of the implementation <br /> details provided under this contract. <br /> VESTA Enhanced 9-1-1 (E-9-1-1) System Removal <br /> The existing VESTA Enhanced 9-1-1 Side A telephone server will be <br /> removed from Orange County's Primary Communications Center and <br /> installed in the Backup Communications Center equipment room. <br /> MCA will provide remote assistances via video web interface with <br /> disconnection and removal of the VESTA 9-1-1 equipment including all <br /> backroom and workstation equipment. <br /> MCA will power off the Vesta telephony backroom equipment remotely. <br /> The County sub-contractor will be responsible for equipment removal <br /> and the sanitization process. <br /> 1 <br />
