Nonrenewal. <br /> (a) If we elect not to renew this policy,we will mail or deliver written notice of nonrenewal,stating the <br /> reasons for nonrenewal, to the first Named Insured and any designated mortgagee or loss payee, <br /> at least forty-five (45) days before the expiration date of the policy or the anniversary date if this <br /> policy is written for a term of more than one(1)year or with no fixed expiration date. <br /> (b) We will mail or deliver written notice by first class mail to the last mailing addresses known to <br /> us. Proof of mailing shall be sufficient proof of notice. <br /> (c) We need not mail or deliver the notice if you have insured property covered under this policy under <br /> another insurance policy, accepted replacement coverage or requested or agreed to nonrenewal of <br /> this policy. <br /> 2. Notwithstanding any other provision in this policy to the contrary, any obligation involving any service of process, <br /> notice or proof of loss that requires service upon or delivery to us may be satisfied by service upon or delivery <br /> to any one of the insurers shown in the Declarations on behalf of all such insurers.
