DocuSign Envelope ID: D9F8096F-FD8F-4DEF-97BC-32AEDC1721F9 <br /> MEDICAL EXPENSES COVERAGE <br /> In consideration of the premium,it is agreed that we will pay all reasonable medical expenses incurred within one(1)year <br /> from the date of injury,to or for each person who sustains bodily injury caused by an occurrence arising out of the premises <br /> hazard or the ownership,maintenance or use of a scheduled aircraft. <br /> 1. EXCLUSION <br /> In addition to the exclusions contained in SECTION II—GENERAL POLICY EXCLUSIONS,the insurance <br /> afforded by this endorsement does not apply to medical expenses incurred by or for any employee of the insured to <br /> the extent that any such expenses are payable under any worker's compensation or disability benefits law,or under <br /> any similar law. <br /> 2. LIMITS OF LIABILITY <br /> Our total liability for all medical expenses incurred by or on behalf of each person as the result of any one occurrence <br /> shall not exceed$5,000. <br /> 3. CONDITION <br /> In addition to the Conditions contained in SECTION V—POLICY CONDITIONS, the following condition applies <br /> to the insurance afforded by this endorsement: <br /> Medical Reports: Proof and Payment of Claim. <br /> As soon as practicable the injured person or someone on that person's behalf shall give to us written proof of claim, <br /> under oath if required,and shall,after each request from us,execute authorization to enable us to obtain medical reports <br /> and copies of records. The injured person shall submit to physical examination by physicians selected by us when and <br /> as often as we may reasonably require. We may pay the injured person or any person or organization rendering the <br /> services and such payment shall reduce the amount payable for such injury. Payment for medical expenses shall not <br /> constitute an admission of liability of any person or organization or of us. <br /> 4.
