DocuSign Envelope ID: D9F8096F-FD8F-4DEF-97BC-32AEDC1721F9 <br /> LIABILITY COVERAGE <br /> (Applicable to the WAR,HI-JACKING AND OTHER PERILS EXCLUSION) <br /> In consideration of the payment of the premium for this policy, it is agreed that sub-paragraphs(1), (3), (4), (5), (6)and(7) <br /> of GENERAL EXCLUSIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL COVERAGES, exclusion(a) WAR, HI-JACKING AND OTHER <br /> PERILS EXCLUSION are deleted as respects the Liability Coverages afforded by this policy.This insurance is subject to the <br /> following provisions which are applicable only to the insurance afforded by this endorsement and which shall be in addition <br /> to all other applicable provisions not amended in this endorsement: <br /> 1. Exclusion applicable only to any insurance afforded as respects the deletion of sub-paragraph (1) of GENERAL <br /> EXCLUSIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL COVERAGES, exclusion (a) WAR, HI-JACKING AND OTHER PERILS <br /> EXCLUSION: <br /> This insurance shall not include liability for damage to any form of property on the ground situated outside Canada and <br /> the United States of America unless caused by or arising out of the use of aircraft. <br /> 2. Limitation of Liability: <br /> The limit of our liability as respects the insurance afforded by this endorsement shall be a sub-limit of$50,000,000 or <br /> the applicable policy limit whichever the lesser any one occurrence and in the annual aggregate. This sub-limit shall <br /> apply within the full policy limit and not in addition thereto. <br /> 3. Automatic Termination: <br /> To the extent provided below, insurance afforded by this endorsement shall terminate automatically in the following <br /> circumstances: <br /> (a) All insurance: <br /> Upon the outbreak of war(whether there be a declaration of war or not)between any two or more of the following <br /> states: the United Kingdom,the United States of America,France,the Russian Federation,the People's Republic <br /> of China; <br /> (b) Any insurance afforded in respect of the deletion of sub-paragraph (1) of GENERAL EXCLUSIONS <br /> APPLICABLE TO ALL COVERAGES, exclusion (a) WAR, HI-JACKING AND OTHER PERILS <br /> EXCLUSION: <br /> Upon the hostile detonation of any weapon of war employing atomic or nuclear fission and/or fusion or other like <br /> reaction or radioactive force or matter wheresoever or whensoever such detonation may occur and whether or not <br /> an aircraft may be involved; <br /> (c) All insurance in respect of any aircraft requisitioned for either title or use: <br /> Upon such requisition; <br /> provided that if an aircraft is in the air when (a), (b) or (c) occurs, then the insurance afforded by this endorsement <br /> (unless otherwise canceled, terminated or suspended) shall continue in respect of such aircraft until completion of its <br /> first landing thereafter. <br /> Endorsement No. 3 <br /> UASCO22 (June 1,2014) Page 1 of 2 <br />
