11 <br /> Travis Myren said Article 46 is still County money to be appropriated by the BOCC, and <br /> there are other water and sewer projects that are in the proprietary fund section of the budget, <br /> which are funded with Article 46 monies. He said this project could be moved to that section of <br /> the CIP as well, but staff had not considered this. <br /> Commissioner Dorosin said he was just curious. <br /> Travis Myren resumed the PowerPoint presentation: <br /> • Parking Lot Improvements - $145,500 (p. 48) <br /> o Parking Lot Striping and Painting - $15,000 <br /> o David Price Farmers Market Pavilion Paving - $50,500 <br /> o Motor Pool and Orange County Public Transportation Parking Lot Paving - <br /> $50,000 <br /> o Eno River Parking Deck Study - $30,000 <br /> ■ Recommendations to be Implemented in FY2020-21 <br /> Commissioner Price asked if the paving of the Price Market Pavilion has been well <br /> researched, as this area often floods. <br /> Marabeth Carr, Landscape Architect, said it will help the situation, as the gravel has to <br /> often be replaced from washing in the stream. <br /> Commissioner Greene suggested that semi-impervious surface may be better, but it is <br /> very expensive. <br /> Travis Myren resumed the PowerPoint presentation: <br /> • Roofing and Building Fagade Projects - $1,142,800 (page 29 on the PowerPoint) <br /> o Fagade and Building Envelope Study - $25,000 <br /> o Third Party Annual Roof Inspections & Repairs - $55,000 <br /> o Motor Pool Facility Roof- $180,500 <br /> 0 501 W. He said the landlord is replacing the rest of the roof.
