Orange County Radio Consoles <br />Statement of Work <br />2 <br />The Radio Consoles at the workstations will be powered off and <br />uninstalled from the existing equipment racks by the County sub- <br />contractor. The County sub-contractor will perform their sanitization <br />process and store the equipment until it is to be reinstalled. <br />The desktop mobile radios will be powered off and uninstalled from the <br />existing equipment racks by the County sub-contractor. The County sub- <br />contractor will perform their sanitization process and store the <br />equipment until it is to be reinstalled. <br />Radio Console System Re-Installation <br />Upon notice from Orange County that the Primary PSAP remediation <br />process and remodeling has been completed Motorola will provide the <br />following installation services. <br />Radio Console Backroom Equipment <br />The backroom equipment will be reinstalled in the racks in which it was <br />removed. All equipment will be grounded to the Motorola R56 standard. <br />CAT5 will be run to each position for connectivity to the network switch <br />in the backroom. One for the PC and one for the VPM. A third CAT5 will <br />be run for position logging audio. The fourth will be a spare. <br />Radio Console Positions <br />Radio console positions will be reinstalled at each position. This will <br />include the radio PC (From Viper Upgrade), Monitor, VPM, desktop <br />speakers, headset jacks and foot switch. It will be connected to the CAT5 <br />from the backroom. A new ground must be installed from each position <br />to the backroom. It will be grounded to Motorola R56 standard. <br />Post installation testing / Final Acceptance <br />After the installation is complete, the technician and Orange County will <br />test all functions of the Radio consoles. Subsequently, Orange County <br />can submit a punch list to Motorola if any of the functions do not work <br />properly. These items will be assessed based on the remediation and it <br />will be determined at that point any action(s) necessary for Orange <br />County and Motorola Solutions. Once all equipment is running properly, <br />Orange County will be asked to sign a Final Acceptance Completion <br />Certificate.
