1 <br />Orange County Radio Consoles <br />Removal and Re-Installation <br />Statement of Work <br />Overview <br />This document describes the Statement of Work (SOW) provided by <br />Motorola to assist via webcam, with the removal of the existing Radio <br />Console equipment from the Orange County, NC (“Orange County”) <br />Primary Communications Center. Re-installation of this equipment <br />following the remediation process. This document and other supporting <br />information provided to Orange County is for the stated improvements. <br />Remote assistants with disconnection and re-installation services will be <br />supplied for the following subsystems: <br />x Radio Consoles backroom equipment <br />x Radio console Computer Workstations new computers <br />will be installed as part of the VIPER upgrade. <br />x Backup Desktop radios <br />Equipment <br />The following sections provide general descriptions of the implementation <br />details provided under this contract. <br />Radio Console System Removal <br />Motorola will provide remote assistance with disconnection. Re- <br />installation will occur after equipment has been tested and cleared of any <br />contaminants. <br />All Radio Console backroom equipment will be powered off and <br />uninstalled from the existing equipment racks by the County sub- <br />contractor.
