It will only <br />be necessary to document who the contract is with, and for what specific purpose. As an <br />addendum to Section 1.2, include completed copies of the most recent contract with each of these <br />third party contractors, unless there have been no changes. Third party agreements with <br />transportation providers are required to be submitted to the division in advance for review <br />to assure that applicable federal and state third party contracting clauses have been <br />included.
