This space <br /> may not be located in a required buffer or in an area , which is used or reserved <br /> for use as a sewage disposal nitrification field . <br /> q4 ( 5 ) Fencing is to be provided around the outdoor space , which ensures the <br /> protection of the Ghifd+nclients receiving cam' d-care and protects adjacent <br /> residentially developed properties from trespass . <br /> ( &)L All gates shall be self- closing and self - latching . <br /> ( D ) Additional Standards of Evaluation — Care of Children and Adolescents <br /> ( 1 ) The Center in a Residence is to be located in an area . which is free from <br /> conditions dangerous to the physical and moral welfare of the children .' <br /> 5 . 8 . 2 Child Care Facilities <br /> ( A) Use Standards <br /> ( 1 ) Standards in Commercial and Industrial Districts <br /> ( a) At least 100 square feet of outdoor pla space per Gh�client shall be <br /> provided . <br /> ( b) Outdoor play/exercise space shall be fenced or otherwise enclosed on all <br /> sides and shall not include driveways , parking area or land unsuited by <br /> other usage or natural features fnr nhildren ' s play sp All required <br /> fences shall comply with the regulations of this Ordinance . The minimum <br /> height in any case shall be three feet . <br /> ( c ) The minimum lot area for the first eight Phildren clients shall be 10 , 000 <br /> square feet . The minimum additional area for multiples of eight ^ ham <br /> clients shall be 2 , 000 square feet . <br /> ( B ) Standards fGr- of Evaluation for Class B Special Use Permit <br /> ( 1 ) Submittal Requirements <br /> In addition to the information required by Section 2 . 7 , the following shall be <br /> submitted as part of the application : <br /> ( a) Where a State license is required to operate the facility . € evidence that <br /> the minimum requirements to qualify for <br /> Gard fonili + „ linonse have beee sat+sf+edsaid license have been , or will be , <br /> met shall be submitted . <br /> ( b) A floor plan of the proposed sild-sa-Ke-facility , showing the use and <br /> dimensions of each room and the location of entrances and exits . <br /> ( 2) Standards of Evaluation <br /> 191 Existing regulations moved from previous section . While staff is uncertain how such a provision can be <br /> enforced we are recommending, at this time , the provision be maintained .
