Article 5 : Uses <br /> Section 5 . 7 : Standards for Recreational Uses <br /> ( a) Unless public sewer is proposed to be extended , the adequacy for the <br /> method of sewage disposal will be determined by the lot size and soil <br /> suitability . Appropriate letters from the Orange County Environmental <br /> Health Department , local jurisdictions and/or the State Division of <br /> Environmental Management shall be submitted to indicate preliminary <br /> approval . <br /> ( b ) The site plan Shall Shew the rlic + � nGes to the Re rest roc irlo 4 <br /> Str6i re0 185 <br /> { 4Lt The landscape plan shall show how the facilities will be screened from <br /> the adjacent properties . A minimum 30 foot Type B buffer , as indicated <br /> in Section 6 . 8 shall be observed around the perimeter of the property . <br /> 04 c ) If private recreational facilities are proposed , the improvements must <br /> meet the site improvement requirements in Section 7 . 11 of .this <br /> Ordinance . The site plan for recreational facilities shall be reviewed by <br /> the Orange County Recreation and Parks Director . <br /> kc4 d ) Off street parking requirements shall be provided in accordance with <br /> Section 6 . 9 of this Ordinance . <br /> 53m6 Race Track ( Motorized etG ) and Ge - Kart Track FaGilities <br /> ( A) Submittal Requirements <br /> rmal site plan shall be submitted showing the current and pr sed conditions of the <br /> prope including : <br /> ( 1 ) Existi Impervious surface calculations , <br /> (2) Location of st water retention site , <br /> (3) The location of all stru res their distance from all property lines , <br /> (4) The location of the se c fiel repair areas , <br /> (5 ) The location o etroleum storage con ers and re -fueling areas , <br /> ( 6 ) The to ion of all existing vegetation and buf yeas , <br /> (7) parking areas including internal traffic circulation pa ns for the property , and <br /> All other required information outlined within Section 2 . 5 of this rdinance . <br /> ( B ) Standards of Evaluation <br /> Prior to any land disturbing activity on the property , including the expansion of any <br /> existing uses , the property shall be brought into compliance with Section 6 . 15 of this <br /> Ordinance . <br /> (4)( 1 ) A 50400t wide landscaped buffer shall be installed along any portion ( s ) of <br /> property with public road frontage in accordance with the provisions of Section <br /> 6 . 8 of this Ordinance . In those instances where there are existing structures, <br /> raceways , or vehicular use areas already encroaching into the required <br /> landscaped area; the applicant shall condense the required plantings into the un - <br /> encroached landscaped area .
