Appropriate <br /> adjustments in the reso anagement and/or integrated pest <br /> management plans all be ma to prevent further contamination ; and <br /> ( b) If sampling analysis indicate a tren ward increased <br /> concent ons of contaminants or if the U . vironmental Protection <br /> Ag y health advisory limits ( HAL ) or State grou or surface water <br /> andards for thresholds are exceeded , then Orange ty will notify <br /> the appropriate authorities . <br /> 53Z Camp / RetFeat G RW183 <br /> ( A) Submittal Requirements and Standards of Evaluation for Class B Special Use <br /> Permit <br /> ( 1 ) Submittal Requirements <br /> In addition to the information required by Section 2 . 7 , the following shall be <br /> submitted as part of the application : <br /> ( a) A site plan prepared in accordance with Section 2 . 5 , also showing the <br /> following ( existing or proposed ) : <br /> ( 1 ) Buildings , <br /> ( ii ) Campsites , <br /> ( iii ) Storage areas , <br /> ( iv) Fencing and gates , <br /> (v) Outdoor recreation areas <br /> ( vi ) Access road ( s ) to the site , as well as on site roads , with an <br /> indication of type of proposed surface . <br /> ( b) A description of the type of facility planned , the size , capacity , and use of <br /> proposed buildings ; a signed statement from the owners or operators <br /> that there shall be no activity allowed that will have adverse effects on <br /> adjacent property . The statement shall also include a complete list of all <br /> recreational activities that will take place on the site . <br /> ( c ) A phasing plan , when necessary, indicating the area to be developed in <br /> each phase with time periods for construction of each phase . This may <br /> be indicated on the site plan . <br /> {�}( d ) The site plan shall show the distances to the nearest residential <br /> structure . <br /> ( 2) Standards of Evaluation <br /> 183 Retreat Center is being moved to the 'Assembly' land use category . <br /> 184 Red Bold Underlined text was relocated from subsection 2 , as detailed herein , as this is not a standard of <br /> evaluation but a site plan requirement .
