Article 5 : Uses <br /> Section 5 . 7 : Standards for Recreational Uses <br /> ( e ) A signed statement from the owners or operators that thergoethall be no <br /> activity allowed that will have adverse effects on adjace property . The <br /> statement shall also include a complete list of all recr tional activities <br /> that will take place on the site . <br /> ( 2) Standar of Evaluation <br /> ( a) The pr erty shall have direct frontage o , and obtain vehicular access <br /> from , a p is road . <br /> ( b) Lot size shall b adequate for the ethod of sewage disposal proposed , <br /> and for the propo recreatio I uses . <br /> ( c) The site plan should s e boundaries of the site , the distances to the <br /> nearest residential stru u s , proposed or existing access points , <br /> parking and service re as , to tion of outdoor recreational facilities , and <br /> location of existi or proposed ildings . <br /> ( d ) The landsca plan shall be at the sa e scale as the site plan and <br /> should s how the facilities will be scr ned from the adjacent <br /> prope s , in addition to proposed or existi trees , shrubs and ground <br /> cov <br /> ( e ) levations of all structures and buildings . The struc re shall be of such <br /> a nature as to preserve the residential character of the ea . <br /> There are no adverse impacts on the adjacent roads or rest ntial <br /> property . <br /> 5 . 7 . 3 Golf — Driving and Practice Range <br /> ( A) Submittal Requirements and Standards of Evaluation for Class B Special Use <br /> Permit <br /> 1 ) Submittal Requirements <br /> In addition to the information required by Section 2 . 7 , the follow' g shall be <br /> ubmitted as part of the application : <br /> ( a) A site plan showing the following : <br /> All existing or proposed buildings , to areas , lawn areas , <br /> ( ii ) Distances to nearest residential ructures , <br /> ( iii ) Ac ss road ( s ) to the site , an indication of type of proposed <br /> surfa <br /> ( iv) On - site pa ng and r ds , with an indication of type of proposed <br /> surface ; and <br /> (v) All other requi me s as indicated in section 2 . 5 . <br /> ( 2 ) Standards of Evaluation <br /> ( a) Unless public wer is proposed to b extended , the adequacy for the <br /> method of wage disposal will be deter ined by the lot size and soil <br /> Suitabilit Appropriate letters from the Ora e County Environmental <br /> Healt epartment , local jurisdictions and/or th State Division of <br /> En ' onmental Management shall be submitted to ' dicate preliminary <br /> proval . <br /> ( b) The landscape plan shall show how the facilities will be sc ened from <br /> the adjacent properties . A Type D 50 foot buffer , as indicate ' Section <br /> 6 . 8 , shall be observed around the perimeter of the property .
