Article 5 : Uses Section 5 . 6 : Standards for Commercial Service Uses I addition to the information required by Section 2 . 7 , the following info r ation sh II be supplied as part of the application for approval of this use : ( a) Plans for all kennels , exercise yards , dog runs , pens and r ated improvements , including signage . ( b) e plan showing the improvements listed in a) above , ther structures on he same lot , and structures on adjacent property . (2) Standards o valuation — ( a) The site is of adequate size to protect adjacent p perties from adverse effects of e kennel . ( b) No part of a building , structure , dog run , p , or exercise yard in which animals are h sed or exercised shall be cl ser than 150 feet from a property line , e ept property occupied by he owner/operator of the kennel . ( i ) The 150 foo setback establis ed by this section shall not apply if all portions o he facility, in hich animals are housed , are wholly enclose within a b Iding . ( ii ) For Class II Kenn s de v loped within the EDE - 2 zoning district , this setback shall n ply to dog training activities where each dog is under the imm diate control of its trainer , owner , or other responsible individu I . ( iii ) For Class II Kenn Is dev ped within the EDE - 2 zoning district , all buildings , str ctures , do runs , pens , or exercise yards in which animals re housed or xercised shall observe the principal set cks established ithin Section 3 . 7 of the UDO in those insta ces where the prop y abuts other EDE - 2 zoned property d US Highway 70 . ( c) Any kennel , inc ding primary enclosures or ns , which is not wholly enclosed with ' a building shall be enclosed b a security fence at least six feet in h ' ght . ( h ) A Class 11 Kennel Permit All necessary permits168 shall be obtained from Orange County Animal Services within the first 30 days of occupancy . Failure to obtain and maintain a valid Class II Kennel Permit or other related permits which may be required by the USDA or Wildlife Resources Commission will result in revocation of the Special Use Permit . 168 Language in Bold Red Strikethroueh and Underlined text denotes a modification to address a concern from the County Attorney .
