Article 5 : Uses <br /> Section 5 . 5 : Standards for Residential Uses <br /> ( Individual mobile homes may be erected on any lot where the use i permitted , <br /> provided it is in compliance with the requirements of the zoning trict and all <br /> ther applicable regulations . These zoning requirements incl e , but are not <br /> li ted to : lot area and dimension ; front , rear , and side yard tbacks ; and lot <br /> cove ge . <br /> (3 ) Individua racts of land may be created for the purpo of erecting a mobile <br /> home provi d all requirements of this Ordinance , d any other applicable land <br /> developments ndards are met . <br /> (4) In addition to the r uirements contained in bsections ( 1 ) through ( 3 ) above , <br /> the following require nts must be met in e Residential 1 ( R - 1 ) District : <br /> ( a) The mobile home ust be pla d on a permanent support system ( See <br /> definition of " suppor ste , Article 10 of this Ordinance ) . <br /> ( b) The mobile home must skirted . <br /> (5) In addition to the requireme s contai d in Subsections ( 1 ) through ( 3 ) above <br /> the following requirement must be met ' the Agricultural Residential ( AR) <br /> district : <br /> ( a) The mobil ome must be skirted . <br /> ( b) The ho e may be placed on a permanent port system , if desired . If <br /> a so ' concrete or masonry perimeter founda ' n is used , the exterior <br /> c bring material shall not extend below the top the foundation . <br /> ( 6 ) Temp ary mobile homes installed in accordance with the Ta e of Permitted <br /> Us are exempt from the support system requirements establi ed in <br /> sections ( 4) and ( 5 ) above . However , skirting is required and t mobile <br /> ome must be connected in conformance with all applicable laws an <br /> regulations . <br /> 5v5a75 . 5 . 8 Group Care Facility <br /> ( A) Submittal Requirements and Standards of Evaluation for Class B Special Use <br /> Permit <br /> ( 1 ) Submittal Requirements — <br /> In addition to the information required by section 2 . 7 , the following information <br /> shall be supplied as part of the application for approval of this use : <br /> ( a) A description of the type of persons to be cared for and the nature of the <br /> care to be provided . <br /> ( b) If structural alterations to existing structures or new construction is <br /> required , a complete description of the nature and extent of these <br /> alterations or new construction . <br /> I (2) Standards of Evaluation — <br /> ( a) The proposed use is not within 500 feet of another existing Family Care <br /> Facility or Group Care Facility . <br /> ( b) Structural alterations shall be of such a nature as to preserve the <br /> residential character of the building . <br /> ( c) If a State license or permit is required to operate such a facility , the <br /> standards necessary to qualify for such a permit have been met . <br /> Orange County, North Carolina — Unified Development Ordinance Page 5 -56 <br />
