Article 10 : Definitions <br /> Section 10 . 1 : Definitions <br /> ange County Government . <br /> Cust ial Care <br /> A form of re that is primarily for the purpose of assisting a person in the activities of dak living or in <br /> meeting per nal rather than medical needs , which is not intended to provide specific erapy as the <br /> result of an illne or injury and does not constitute skilled care . The detention pond is the Best Management Practice which must be d within <br /> 282 The term is no longer listed within the Table of Permitted land uses . Staff is recommending we delete the <br /> definition . There are currently opportunities to apply for a Care Facility ( i . e .
