Article 5 : Uses <br /> Section 5 . 18 : Standards for Miscellaneous ASSEMBLY Uses <br /> ( Must be located on a bona fide farm . <br /> (2) In addition to the requirements in Section 2 . 5 or 2 . 9 , as applic le , the following <br /> anformation shall be submitted with the application material . <br /> ( a Description of special events to be held on - site , ' cluding frequency of <br /> events , hours of operation , anticipated attend nce , and any other <br /> ertinent details . <br /> ( b) Lo ation of parking area ( s ) . <br /> ( c) A ma depicting surrounding uses d the distance to residential <br /> structur <br /> ( 3) The temporary or s sonal commerci activities that comprise the special event <br /> must pertain to agricu ral or rural - r ated activities . <br /> ( 4) If located adjacent to resi ntial zoned property , all structures , facilities , storage <br /> areas , and parking areas sh I e setback a minimum of 100 feet from all <br /> property lines . <br /> (5 ) Events permitted by rig in the A RB , and AS zoning districts shall be limited <br /> to no more than 150 ople at one t e and shall occur no more than 12 days <br /> per year .
