Article 2 : Procedures <br /> Section 2 . 23 : Day Care Center in a Residence reasonable accomodation <br /> legitimate purposes and effects of existing zoning regulations , and if it will not <br /> impose significant financial and administrative burdens upon the County and /or <br /> constitute a substantial or fundamental alteration of the ordinance provisions ; and <br /> ( 3 ) Is " necessary . These <br /> requirements are already referenced in Section ( s ) 2 . 4, 2 . 5 , and Article 5 . This is redundant information and is not <br /> being included within Article 5 . <br /> 12 This existing language is already contained in numerous sections of the UDO . It is redundant information and <br /> staff is not being relocated to Article 5 . <br /> 13 After conferring with the Attorny, staff is recommending deleting the entire provision and will not recommend <br /> moving same to Article 5 .
