Article 5 : Uses <br /> Section 5 . 14 : Standards For Manufacturing , Assembly , & Processing , and Distribution Uses - Food <br /> Application materials shall include a comprehensive groundwa study , for <br /> facilities expected to use more groundwater on an annual b is than an average <br /> ingle family residence ( which uses 240 gallons of wate er day) built at the <br /> hi st density the existing zoning district would allo . For example , if the <br /> existin'q,7,oning district allows a residential densit f 1 unit for 2 acres and the <br /> proposed is on a six acre parcel ( which c d yield 3 residences ) , the <br /> proposed use may use three times the ter used by an average single family <br /> residence ( or 720 lions per day , on annualized basis ) before a <br /> comprehensive groun ter study ' required .
