The sign II comply with <br /> imensional requirements as set forth within this Ordina e . <br /> 5 . 13 . 16 Stockyards / Livestock Markets <br /> ( A) Use Standards <br /> ( 1 ) Use shall not be : <br /> ( a ) Permitted as a Conditional Use District . Refer to Section 5 . 1 . 3 of this <br /> Ordinance ; or <br /> ( b ) Permitted within the Rural Buffer land use classification , as designated <br /> bV the adopted Comprehensive Plan , as part of a Conditional Zoning <br /> District application . <br /> (-4) ( B ) General Standards fe�of Evaluation <br /> ( The minimum lot size shall be 10 acres . <br /> (2 ) ite shall have direct access to a major road , as cla ied in the Orange County <br /> C prehensive Plan , and shall use said road as e primary access , unless <br /> appro d otherwise in the permit . <br /> ( 3 ) All structur facilities , storage areas , d parking areas shall be setback a <br /> minimum of 1 feet from all prop lines . <br /> (4) Parking area ( s ) sha include fficient space for parking and maneuvering trucks <br /> and stock trailers . <br /> (5 ) Loudspeakers and blic ad ss systems shall not be used before 7 a . m . or <br /> after 7 p . m . if existing reside is located within 1 , 000 feet of the facility , <br /> unless ap ed otherwise in the p it . <br /> ( 6) All u aved areas shall be maintained in anner which prevents dust from <br /> ersely impacting adjacent properties . <br /> (7 If located adjacent to residentially zoned property , I animal pens shall be <br /> located a minimum of 300 feet from the property line . <br /> Orange County, North Carolina — Unified Development Ordinance Page 5 - 152 <br />
