For example , if the <br /> existing zoning district allow a resi ntial density of 1 unit for 2 acres and the <br /> proposed use is on a six acre r el ( which could yield 3 residences ) , the <br /> proposed use ( s ) may use thre i es the water used by an average single family <br /> residence ( or 720 gallons pe day , o an annualized basis ) before a <br /> comprehensive groundwa r study is r uired . The water usage rates of any <br /> existing use subject to z ing regulations cated on the same lot shall be taken <br /> into account when de rmining if a compreh sive groundwater study is required . <br /> Said study shall de il : <br /> ( a) The am nt of water anticipated to be use on a daily , weekly , monthly , <br /> and nual basis by regulated uses located o the parcel ( e . g . , water <br /> us e by bona fide farm uses is not required to included ) ; <br /> ( b) n analysis of the amount of groundwater withdraw considered to be <br /> safe and sustainable in the immediate vicinity ; and <br /> ( c An analysis of whether other wells in the vicinity of the prop sed use are <br /> expected to be affected by withdrawals made by the propose se . <br /> 5 . 13 . 10 Feed Mill <br /> ( A) Use Standards <br /> ( 1 ) Shall not be permitted as a Conditional Use District .
