Article 5 : Uses <br /> Section 5 . 12 : Standards for Extractive Uses <br /> ( h ) The site plan has buffer from streams . <br /> SECTIONDARD FOR EXTRACTIVE USES <br /> 5 . 12 . 1 Borrow Pits for Federal and State Highway Projects <br /> ( A) Use Standards <br /> ( 1 ) Permitted by right in all districts in accordance with the provisions of Section <br /> 5 . 1 . 1 of this Ordinance <br /> LqLGep"a4--Standards of Evaluation <br /> ( 4 The borrow pit is located within one - half mile of the construction ' te ; <br /> (2) rosion Control Plan has been approved by the Depar nt of Environment , <br /> Healt d Natural Resources ; <br /> (3) The material e cted is to be used solely for tate or Federal road <br /> construction project ; <br /> (4) Road construction plans incl r sion for reclaiming the excavated area . If <br /> the reclamation plan involves ' ' g excavated area , the fill material must be <br /> inert material defined as eficial fill by Solid Waste Branch of the <br /> Department of Envir ent and Natural Reso s , provided that the debris is <br /> also associated ' a State or Federal Highway roa onstruction project . <br /> Inclusion of sable or recyclable materials in the reclam ' n or filling of the <br /> borrow should be minimized . A proposed debris recycling p am or a <br /> st ent as to why material will not be recycled must be submitted eview by <br /> range County . <br /> 5 . 12 . 2 Extraction of Earth Products <br /> ( A ) Use Standards <br /> ( 1 ) Shall not be permitted as a Conditional Use District .
