Article 5 : Uses <br /> Section 5 . 11 : Standards for Waste Management Facilities <br /> The parcel or easement across the parcel , ( whether owned or leamsed by the <br /> ublic agency) on which the facility is located shall contai minimum area of <br /> 0 square feet . <br /> ( 3 ) The parce easement shall have frontage o State maintained road . <br /> (4) A Type B landsca uffer , 30 ' in widt all be provided along the perimeter of <br /> the parcel or easemen . <br /> ( 5 ) Fencing at least six feet i ig hall be provided between the landscape buffer <br /> and the improved po n of the parc easement . <br /> ( 6) An entrance shall identify site as a sanit collection site , and shall <br /> identify t responsible public agency . The sign s contain a maximum of nine <br /> squ feet and shall not exceed eight feet in height . In ctional signs may be <br /> ected as needed within the facility . <br /> ( The entrance to the site shall contain a travelway a minimum of 30 ' in th . <br /> 5 . 11 . 2 Landfills <br /> ( A) Use Standards <br /> ( 1 ) Shall not be permitted as a Conditional Use District . Refer to Section 5 . 1 . 3 of <br /> this Ordinance . <br /> W( B ) Submittal Requirements and Standards of Evaluation for Class A and Glass -113 <br /> Special Use Permits NEED <br /> ( Submittal Requirements <br /> In addition to the basic information required by Section 2 the following <br /> . formation shall be submitted as part of the applicatio . <br /> ( a) Typical cross sections showing extent of ov rburden , extent of fill and <br /> water table elevation , based on mean se evel datum ; <br /> ( b ) P osed handling and storage areas or overburden , by products and fill <br /> mat ' als ; <br /> ( c) Propose fencing , screening an gates , parking , service and other <br /> areas ; <br /> ( d ) Any areas prop ed for po ing ; and <br /> ( e ) Access roads to th ite as well as on site roads , with indication of <br /> surface treatment to li it dust , and sight distances on all roads used for <br /> access to the site . <br /> (f) An Operations P n which s II include : <br /> ( i ) The to of commence nt of operations and their expected <br /> dur tion . <br /> ( ii ) roposed hours and days of op ration . <br /> ( iii ) Complete description of operation , cluding source of materials , <br /> method of compaction , type of sealin roposed , types and <br /> number of equipment to be used . <br /> ( iv) Any phasing of operations and relationship a ong phases . <br /> (v) Operating practices to be followed to ensure co liance with <br /> performance standards in Section 2 . 7 . 7 ( E ) . <br /> 197 Under existing regulations a landfill operation less than 2 acres in area is required to obtain a Class B Special Use <br /> Permit .
