The County may develop the Plan ap) , which would display locations <br /> within the Cou ' s zoning jurisdiction where prop y owners have expressed formal , <br /> written , interest i Ilowing construction of telec munications equipment . <br /> ( B ) Information that may shown on the base an will include , but not limited to : <br /> ( 1 ) Existing towers , <br /> (2 ) Major transmission es , <br /> (3) County- defined Natural eas , <br /> (4) Historic properties , <br /> (5 ) Scenic corridors <br /> ( 6 ) Known bird gratory patterns throu the County , <br /> (7) Voluntar gricultural Districts , and <br /> ( 8) Publi y- owned or quasi - public lands . <br /> ( C) In order to articipate in the Plan , all owner ( s ) , or their leg binding representatives , <br /> shall su it an application on a form prepared by the Plannin Department requesting <br /> inclus ' n . <br /> ( D ) Al elecommunication providers who elect to construct facilities on p perties in the Plan <br /> all provide all necessary and requested information to the County' s t ecommunications <br /> consultant . <br /> ( Modification of the Plan may be considered annually at the first Public Hearin f the <br /> calendar year .
