3 <br /> ILA. If Planning & Inspections staff determines that the costs of private sewer service lateral <br /> connection installations for LMI-qualified Heritage Lot homeowners may exceed the allocated <br /> budget, the staff will present a CIP amendment to the BOCC for consideration. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: The Manager recommends the Board: <br /> 1) Review and approve the proposed Interlocal Agreement contained in Attachment 2 and <br /> authorize the County Manager and Finance Director to sign; and <br /> 2) Direct staff to move forward with implementation by completing the responsibilities listed <br /> in Article 4 of the proposed Interlocal Agreement contained in Attachment 2. <br />
