44 <br /> "Deed of Trust Supplement" means the instrument of that name dated as of <br /> May 1, 2019, from the County for the Trustee's benefit, which supplements the 2018 <br /> Deed of Trust. <br /> "Modified Deed of Trust" means the 2018 Deed of Trust as modified by the <br /> Deed of Trust Supplement. <br /> "Payment Date" with respect to the 2019 Bonds means each April 1 and <br /> October 1, beginning October 1, 2019. <br /> "Supplemental Agreement" means this First Supplemental Trust Agreement, <br /> as it may be properly amended or supplemented from time to time. <br /> "Term Bonds" means Bonds of any Series that are designated as Term Bonds, <br /> including the 2019 Bonds maturing on October 1, 20xx. <br /> All other capitalized terms used in this First Supplemental Trust Agreement <br /> and not otherwise defined have the meanings ascribed thereto in the 2018 <br /> Agreement. <br /> Rules of Construction. Unless the context otherwise requires, <br /> (a) an accounting term not otherwise defined has the meaning assigned to <br /> it in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles; <br /> (b) unless otherwise indicated, references to Articles, Sections and <br /> Exhibits are to the Articles, Sections and Exhibits of this Agreement; <br /> (c) words importing the singular will include the plural and vice versa and <br /> words importing the masculine gender will include the feminine and neuter genders <br /> as well. <br /> (d) the headings on sections and articles are solely for convenience of <br /> reference and will not constitute a part of this Agreement nor will they affect its <br /> meanings, construction or effect; <br /> 22 <br />
