43 <br /> EXHIBIT B - Definitions; Rules of Construction <br /> For all purposes of this Supplemental Agreement, unless the context requires <br /> otherwise, the following terms have the following meanings. Other defined terms <br /> used in this Supplemental Agreement are defined in the Recitals and the body of this <br /> Supplemental Agreement. <br /> "2018 Agreement" means the Trust Agreement dated as of June 1, 2018, <br /> between the County and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as <br /> trustee, as it may be properly amended or supplemented from time to time. <br /> "2018 Bonds" means the County's Limited Obligation Bonds, Series 2018, <br /> originally issued in the aggregate principal amount of $7,510,000 pursuant to the <br /> 2018 Agreement. <br /> "2018 Deed of Trust" means the Deed of Trust and Security Agreement dated <br /> as of June 1, 2018, from the County to a Deed of Trust Trustee for the County's <br /> benefit, which the County delivered to secure its obligations under the 2018 <br /> Agreement. <br /> "2019 Bonds" means the County's Limited Obligation Bonds, Series 2019, <br /> originally issued in the aggregate principal amount of $ pursuant to the <br /> 2018 Agreement and this Supplemental Agreement. <br /> "2019 Proceeds Fund" means the Orange County 2019 Bond Proceeds Fund <br /> established pursuant to Section 3.02. <br /> "2019 Project" has the meaning assigned in the preambles to this <br /> Supplemental Agreement. <br /> "2019 Project Costs" means "Project Costs," as defined in the 2018 <br /> Agreement, related to the 2019 Project. As provided in the 2018 Agreement, <br /> Financing Costs are a subset of Project Costs. <br /> "2019 Term Bonds" means the 2019 Bonds maturing in the years _ <br /> 21 <br />
