School Summary - Funding Sources <br />FY 2019-24 Orange County Capital Investment Plan Projects <br />Note 1: The Article 46 one quarter cent sales tax proceeds includes the schools portion of the sales tax. <br />Note 2: School Construction is guided by the Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (SAPFO) projections of capacity and need. <br />(2) Lottery Proceeds are assumed at the same amount throughout the 5 year CIP period, based on the most recent lottery estimates from the State.
