The <br /> repairs include replacing the underground hot water piping and installing isolation valves at the Whitted <br /> Complex. The current hot water piping has deteriated to such an extent that it risk failing at any point. <br /> Addationally, without isolation values the entire complex must be shut down to repair any leak in the line. The <br /> second repair includes the replacement of the main septic line at the Cedar Grove Community Center. The <br /> existing septic line has a sag, which causes clogs, especially during times of heavy use. The third repair includes <br /> connecting the current septic line for the Orange County Public Transportation building into the Town of <br /> Hillsborough's sewer system. The current septic system has signficant problems with clogs.
