FY 2019-24 Orange County Capital Investment Plan Projects <br /> School Summary- Funding Sources <br /> Year 1: FY 2019-20 <br /> $34,377,501 <br /> Debt Financing <br /> Lift, Capital <br /> Article 46 Sales F Reserve <br /> Tax <br /> 5.5% Lottery <br /> Proceeds(2) <br /> 4.1% <br /> Years 1-5: FY 2019-24 <br /> $95,776,745 <br /> Article 46 Sales <br /> Tax <br /> Debt Financing <br /> Capital Reserve <br /> Funds(1) <br /> 6.3 <br /> Note 1: The Article 46 one quarter cent sales tax proceeds includes the schools portion of the sales tax. <br /> Note 2: School Construction is guided by the Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance(SAPFO)projections of capacity and need. <br /> (1)Capital Reserve Funds are assumed in FY 2019-20 and FY 2020-21 <br /> (2)Lottery Proceeds are assumed at the same amount throughout the 5 year CIP period,based on the most recent lottery estimates from the State. The County <br /> uses Lottery Proceeds towards school debt service and substitutes that amount of proceeds as additional PAYG funds to each school system based on the <br /> Average Daily Membership(ADM). <br /> 117 <br />
