Hillsborough Dump <br /> Mow ID No. NONCDO000483 <br /> u: Task Orders 483DP--10, 11 and 12 <br /> S&ME Project No.4305-17-061 D <br /> Regulatory Landfills and Dumps,dated November 2015, Guidelines for Assessment and Cleanup, dated October <br /> 2015,and S&ME's approved Standard Operating Procedures and Qualify Assurance(SOP/QA)Manual(July 2070), <br /> previously approved by NCDEQ. <br /> Task 483DP-10 Work Plan/Proposal Preparation <br /> The following services were performed: <br /> Solicited bids from subcontractors. <br /> Developed cost estimate spreadsheets. <br /> Prepared field services schedule and task descriptions. <br /> 41 Prepared this proposal and work plan. <br /> Task 483DP-11 Groundwater Sampling and Well Surveying <br /> Subtask A Field Services <br /> At the 15 groundwater monitor wells proposed to be constructed under NCDEQ Task Order 483DP-8, S&ME will <br /> gauge depths to water and collect groundwater samples for analysis by a North Carolina certified laboratory using <br /> the most current USEPA Contract Laboratory Program Target Compound list for: <br /> • Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)by EPA Method 8260, including the 10 largest tentatively identified <br /> compounds (TICS); <br /> ■ 1,4-Dioxane by Method 8260SIM <br /> • Semi-volatile organic compounds(SVOCs) by Method 8270 including the 10 largest TICS; <br /> ■ Metals by totals analysis (antimony,arsenic, beryllium, cadmium, chromium, copper, iron, lead, <br /> manganese, nickel, selenium,silver,thallium,and zinc) by Method 6020; <br /> • Mercury by Method 7471 (solids)or 7470A(liquid); <br /> • Ammonia by Method 350.1 or 9050; <br /> ■ Sulfate by Method 300 or 9056;and <br /> ■ Nitrate by Method 300,9056,or 353.2. <br /> S&ME will subcontract a North Carolina Licensed Professional Land Surveyor(McKim &Creed)to survey the 15 <br /> groundwater monitor wells(including the top of casing and ground surface elevations). <br /> Subtask B Project Management, Coordination &Support <br /> Project Management,Coordination and Support services include: <br /> Provide project management and technical support to field staff. <br /> Field data quality review. <br /> Provide project management and communication with NCDEQ and the County. <br /> March 5,2019 2 <br />
